Calling a clock?

I personally probably wouldn't, but some people can be a little rude in time they take to call.  There simply isn't THAT much to consider.  A minute or two for a super tough decision?  Fine!
If the blinds are going up every four minutes, there may be another motive at hand here.

If a player doubts their chances for 4 minutes, he can't really call.
